1. What languages does the Edifier Connect App support?
Answer: Edifier Connect App currently supports five languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Greek. Other languages are not currently supported.

3. Can I change the language in the Edifier Connect App?
Answer: The language of our app depends on the language set in your device's system settings and cannot be changed within the app itself. The Edifier Connect App currently supports Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, and Greek. If your device's system language is not one of the mentioned languages, the app will default to English.
4. How do I check if my headset works with the Edifier Connect App?
Please enter the Edifier Connect APP-Me-Devices Compatible, and check whether your headphone in the list or not.

5. After downloading the Edifier Connect App, I can't connect my headphones.
(1)Please make sure that your headphones are connected to the audio source device where the Edifier Connect App is installed, and that your headphones available to connect with Edifier Connect App. You can check the list of supported devices for the app in Edifier Connect App - Me - Devices Compatible.
(2)If your headphones support the Edifier Connect App but you are unable to connect, please check if the app has been granted all the necessary permissions. On Android devices, you need to grant location permission and pop-up permission to the Edifier Connect App, and also enable Bluetooth functionality on the audio source device to use the app properly. On iOS devices, you need to enable Bluetooth, wireless data, and phone Bluetooth functionality for the Edifier Connect App to work properly (as shown in the example image below).
(3)If the permissions for the Edifier Connect App are set correctly but still cannot use it properly, kindly try deleting the Edifier Connect App from the audio source device, download the latest version, and grant all the necessary permissions requested by the app. Then, reconnect your headphones to the audio source device and try connect App again.
(4)Try disconnecting the connection between the headphones and the device, restart the audio source device and reconnect the headphones again, then open the app for use.
